B2B Everywhere: POS prices & checkout rules

For Shopify merchants who sell wholesale with Shopify's native B2B. Your company prices work at the counter, and your wholesale rules hold at checkout.

Why

What it does

Everything runs inside Shopify (Shopify Functions and POS extensions). The app has no server of its own and stores your settings in your store.

Getting started

  1. Open the app and click Turn on next to Checkout rules for business buyers (and, on Pro, Payment rules and order review).
  2. Set your minimum order, PO number and B2B-only options, then click Save settings.
  3. Optional: on a company location page in Shopify admin, fill in Minimum order value to override the default for that location.
  4. Credit hold: switch it on in the app's Companies list, or set the Credit hold field on the company page.
  5. POS: on the POS home screen tap Edit and add the B2B prices tile.

Plans

Pro has a 14-day free trial and is billed by Shopify. Change or cancel at any time from the app.

FAQ

Which Shopify plans does it work on?

Any plan with Shopify B2B (Basic, Grow, Advanced and Plus). Shopify Functions from public apps work on all plans.

Where do the POS prices come from?

From Shopify itself: the catalog and volume pricing assigned to the company location. The app never keeps its own price list, so prices can't drift.

What does a buyer see when a rule blocks checkout?

A clear message at checkout, for example "Your business account has a minimum order of 200.00. Add 150.00 more to check out." You can write your own minimum-order and credit-hold messages.

Do the rules affect retail customers?

No. Minimums, PO numbers and credit hold only apply when a buyer checks out for a B2B company. Only the B2B-only rule and "hide for retail buyers" act on retail buyers.

What happens if I uninstall?

Shopify removes the app's checkout rules and POS tile. Your companies, catalogs and orders are not changed. See the privacy policy.
