Terms of Service

These terms apply between Nudge4 ("we") and the merchant who installs B2B Everywhere ("you") on a Shopify store. By installing or using the app you agree to them.

1. The service

B2B Everywhere applies your Shopify B2B catalog prices in Shopify POS and enforces the checkout and payment rules you configure. You remain responsible for your prices, rules, credit decisions and for checking the results.

2. Plans and billing

The Pro plan is billed by Shopify every 30 days in USD after the free trial. You can change or cancel at any time. Uninstalling the app cancels the subscription. Charges already billed aren't refunded, except where required by law or by Shopify's policies.

3. Acceptable use

Use the app only for your own store, in line with Shopify's terms and the laws that apply to you.

4. Data

The app runs inside Shopify and we don't store your store's data. See the privacy policy. Where we process any data on your behalf, we act as your processor and only to provide the app.

5. Availability and changes

We work to keep the app available and correct, but it's provided "as is" without warranties. We may change the app or these terms. Material changes are announced in the app or on this page.

6. Liability

To the extent allowed by law, our total liability is limited to the fees you paid for the app in the 3 months before the claim. We're not liable for indirect or consequential losses, or for orders blocked, allowed or priced according to your configuration.
