Owed: Net Terms & Collections
For Shopify merchants who sell wholesale or B2B on payment terms (Net 15, Net 30, Net 60…). Know who owes you, remind them, and stop shipping to late payers.
What it does
- Receivables dashboard: every unpaid order with payment terms, grouped by B2B company or customer, with aging buckets (not yet due, 1–30, 31–60, 61–90, 90+ days).
- Statements: a one-click PDF statement of account for any customer.
- Payment reminders: a schedule you control (for example 3 days before the due date, on the day, then weekly until paid). Reminders are Shopify's own invoice email for the order, sent from your store with its pay link, plus your message.
- Overdue order guard: when an account with overdue invoices places a new order, the order's fulfillment is put on hold (reason: awaiting payment) and tagged
overdue-account-hold, so it isn't shipped by mistake. - Mark paid: record a bank transfer or cheque in one click.
Getting started (3 steps)
- Install the app. Unpaid orders that already have payment terms appear on the dashboard straight away.
- Open Reminders & guard, choose your reminder days and message, and turn reminders on.
- Turn on the overdue order guard and choose how late an account must be before new orders are held.
Orders get payment terms when you create them as draft orders with payment terms, or when a B2B company location has payment terms set. See Shopify's guide to payment terms.

FAQ
Which orders count as "owed"?
Orders whose payment status is Pending or Partially paid and that aren't cancelled. The due date comes from the order's payment terms. Unpaid orders without payment terms are shown with no due date and are never counted as overdue.
Who receives the reminder emails?
The email address on the order. The email is sent by Shopify from your store, using your store's order invoice template, so the customer sees your branding and a link to pay.
Will a customer get the same reminder twice?
No. Each step of the schedule is sent once per invoice. If you send a reminder by hand, the schedule skips that day. If you turn reminders on with old overdue invoices, only the most recent step is sent, not a backlog.
How do I release an order the guard held?
Open the order in Shopify and release the fulfillment hold. You can turn the guard off at any time.
Does it work without Shopify B2B?
Yes. Orders from regular customers with payment terms (for example draft orders sent with Net 30) are grouped by customer.
Which time zone is used?
Your store's time zone (Settings → General), so "due today" means today where your store is.
What happens to my data if I uninstall?
Everything the app stored for your store is deleted. See the privacy policy.
